By accessing or using Nexus Prompt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization (such as your employer), you are agreeing to these terms for that organization and representing that you have the authority to do so.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and your private prompt Vault. Since we support Google OAuth, you must ensure your Google account is secure. Nexus Prompt cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You retain full ownership of the intellectual property rights in the prompts you create and save in your private Vault. Nexus Prompt does not claim ownership over your specific prompt engineering content.

By publishing a prompt to the **Global Discover Feed**, you grant Nexus Prompt a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that specific prompt to other users of the service.

You agree not to use the service to create, store, or share content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or promotes discrimination.
• Designed to bypass safety filters of AI models in a malicious way.
• In violation of any third-party intellectual property rights.

Nexus Prompt provides a platform for prompt management "as is." We are not responsible for the outputs generated by third-party AI models (like GPT-4, Claude, or Gemini) using your prompts. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
