Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 14, 2026

At Nexus Prompt, your privacy and the security of your intellectual property (your prompts) are our highest priorities. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use our platform.

1. Data We Collect

At Nexus Prompt, we collect minimal data to provide you with a powerful and personalized experience. This includes:

  • Authentication Data: When you sign in via Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. This is used solely to identify you and create your workspace.
  • Prompt Blueprints: We store the prompts you save or fork into your private Vault.
  • Usage Metrics: We track anonymous interactions (like copy counts and efficiency scores) to improve our algorithms.

2. Google User Data Policy

Nexus Prompt's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not share your Google user data with third-party AI models or use it for advertising purposes.

3. How We Protect Your Data

All data is encrypted in transit via TLS and at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Your private Vault prompts are logically siloed and are never visible to other users unless you explicitly publish them to a Team or Global workspace.

4. Your Rights & Control

You have full control over your data. You may export your entire prompt library or delete your account at any time via the Security settings in your Dashboard. Upon deletion, all your private prompts are scrubbed from our active databases within 30 days.
